Excellent hotel. Everything we needed - couldn't ask for anything more. Great location: close enough to French Quarter (walking distance), quick access to public transport (street cars), but far enough from the noise. Fantastic views of the river. Very comfortable and spacious rooms; great bedding and amenities. Check-out only at 12pm.

We had an intimate marriage ceremony and celebration during our stay, organised over a couple of weeks and taking place while the two of us were on a US road trip. From the wonderfully enthusiastic and helpful Sabrina D who organised everything to Travis, Casey and the rest of the team, the hotel could not have done more to make us feel special. And all within a lovely building in a fantastic location on the waterfront next to the French Quarter. Thank you so much for an unforgettable wedding, Four Seasons!

Stepping into this beautiful three year old redid property was such a treat. It felt like oasis with luscious greeen exotic plants. Front desk is stunning and has most kind people that go far beyond in effort to make people happy. I was so very fortunate to get incredible upgrade overlooking Mississippi magnificent River. I loved my room with beautiful tub, stunning room with luxurious details and marble bathroom. Most beautiful stay using pool and spa.

It’s just lush. Absolutely knock out bar on the ground floor, fabulous tasteful decor throughout. Stylish poolside area. But the one single quality which gives the hotel the edge and takes it to another level are the staff. Their customer service is outstanding. Whoever heads up the hiring should be paid in diamonds. Staff are so informed and pleasant to interact with. They are an absolute credit to the hotel.

I just absolutely LOVE this hotel! Although it's the Four Seasons, it's small and quaint! Super welcoming entrance, the interiors of all the spaces are modern and clean line with a lot of style and natural materials. It's such a pleasant space to be in. The gym is fantastic! I love exercising there, great equipment, lots of space, plenty of water and towels, and even some morning Java available. They also have coffee, water, and fresh snacks throughout the day in the lobby. And the restaurant "Miss River" is also very good with local cuisine.

Beautiful accommodations. I stayed in a premier king room overlooking the river. The location was excellently situated between all French Quarter, Garden, and Warehouse Districts. The staff was very attentive and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. For those who like to keep their fitness up while on vacation, this hotel as one of the better gyms I've ever seen. There is a restaurant on the same floor as the gym and spa that is incredible! The food was so amazing, my friend and I ate there a couple of times despite the fact that there are cheaper options elsewhere. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance too. The rooms are about as high tech as you can get. They make sure all your needs are accounted for and easily accessible. Room service staff was top notch!

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons hotel in New Orleans and wanted to share my positive experience. The room was exceptional, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing easy access to the city's attractions and vibrant atmosphere. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep throughout my stay. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Four Seasons hotel in New Orleans.

We loved how close it was in proximity to everything. Getting an Uber or Lyft was fairly cheap since we were close to everything. It was also a very private facility and quiet as well. Their customer service was the best I’ve ever received at any hotel.

One of the better city Four Seasons that I have been. Outdoor pool/deck area was amazing for anybody traveling with their kids. Staff was very helpful and the room service was amazing. Perfect location on Canal street, walking distance to all the things but not in the middle of it if you want to take your distance

Everything. We have been travelling down through the US for two and a half weeks, staying in lovely hotels along the way, however this was the best. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, room, staff, service, ambience and the facilities. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the hotel and the city this morning. Fabulous place to visit and stay.
